The hotel has a great location near the wonderful beach of Lauderdale-by-the-sea and is close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The rooms are in need of some updates and deep-cleaning, with a very loud A/C unit and firm bedding. The service provided by the lovely Polish family is incredibly friendly and helpful, although housekeeping could be improved with longer stays and no daily cleanings.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. The rooms, while comfortable, were not as clean as expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

My room, 108 on the ground floor, was equipped with a mini fridge and coffee maker, which was convenient. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired with sand on the floor.
